About

Built by one founder for sellers who outgrew Etsy's editor.

Everlyst is a small, focused project with a single goal: give serious Etsy sellers a calmer way to manage their catalog in bulk - without the anxiety of CSV tools that fire and forget.

Why Everlyst exists

Bulk editing should feel safe, not scary.

I started Everlyst because every bulk tool I tried for Etsy felt like flipping a switch in the dark. You upload a CSV, cross your fingers, and find out tomorrow whether half your listings now have the wrong price. For a hobby shop that is annoying. For a business doing real volume, it is unacceptable.

Etsy's own editor solves the opposite problem - it is meticulous and one-listing-at-a-time. Great for your tenth listing, painful for your thousandth. Sellers in between get squeezed: too many listings to edit by hand, too much risk to trust a black-box bulk tool.

Everlyst sits in that gap. It pulls your full catalog into one workspace, lets you make sweeping changes the way a spreadsheet would, then forces a review-and-confirm step before anything touches your shop. Snapshot, diff, apply, roll back if needed. Boring on purpose.

Who it's for

Sellers with real volume and a real catalog.

Everlyst is built for Etsy sellers running a few hundred to a few thousand listings - print-on-demand operators, digital download shops, vintage resellers, makers with deep variations, and anyone whose Tuesday afternoons disappear into the listing editor. If you have ever opened a spreadsheet at 11pm to plan a price change and then dreaded actually applying it, this is for you.

What I'm building toward

A calm, durable workspace for your shop.

The near-term focus is the things sellers ask for first: synced catalog, inline quick edits, real bulk editing on every important field, CSV import and export with validation, and Backup & Restore so no bulk job is ever truly final. From there, the roadmap leans into the workflows around bulk - renewal reports, dead-stock alerts, transaction analytics, and pricing intelligence - but always with the same review-first instinct.

No timelines, no "AI-powered" buzzwords, no acquisition-by-Christmas pressure. Everlyst is meant to be the reliable tool you keep open in a tab for years.

The Everlyst founder

Founder & builder

I'm building Everlyst on my own - design, code, support, the lot. Before this I spent years watching friends and family run Etsy shops and burn evenings clicking through listings one at a time. Everlyst is the tool I wished they had.
