account team

Managing team members and permissions

Settings → Team → Invite member, enter their email, choose a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer), and send. Invitees create their own Everlyst account and join your shop with the role you assigned. Team functionality is on Starter and Pro plans.

How Backup & Restore works and when to use it

Every bulk operation in Everlyst is automatically snapshotted before changes go to Etsy. To revert, open Backup & Restore, find the job, preview the rollback diff, and click Apply. Snapshot retention varies by plan (3 jobs Free, up to 200 on Pro).

Plans, upgrades, and downgrades

Everlyst has 4 plans: Free, Basic ($9/mo), Starter ($15/mo), and Pro ($28/mo). Annual billing saves ~25%. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing - upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling your subscription

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep paid features until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the Free plan automatically. Your shop stays connected and your data is preserved - cancellation only affects billing.

How to connect your Etsy shop to Everlyst

Sign into Everlyst, click "Connect Etsy shop," approve the OAuth permissions on Etsy, and wait for the initial sync (typically 1–3 minutes for shops under 500 listings).

How to do your first bulk edit

Filter or multi-select listings in the table, click Bulk edit, choose the fields to change, enter the new values, review the diff preview, and confirm. Nothing reaches Etsy until you click Apply on the diff screen.
