Billing

Cancelling your subscription

Last updated 2 min read

Quick answer

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep paid features until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the Free plan automatically. Your shop stays connected and your data is preserved - cancellation only affects billing.

Cancellation in Everlyst is intentionally simple. Two clicks, no retention dark patterns, no calls.

How to cancel

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm.

That’s it. You’ll see a confirmation banner with the date your subscription ends.

What happens after you cancel

ItemWhat happens
Paid featuresAvailable until the end of your current billing period (no immediate downgrade).
At period endYour account drops to the Free plan automatically.
Etsy connectionStays connected. We don’t disconnect your shop on cancellation.
Listing dataStays synced. The listings table keeps working.
Backup & Restore snapshotsTrimmed to the Free-plan retention window (3 jobs) over time as new jobs come in.
TeammatesKeep access. The seat limit drops to 1 - new invites are blocked until you’re under it.
Your accountStays open. You can reactivate any time.

If you actually want to delete your account

Cancelling stops billing but keeps your account. If you want to fully delete it:

  1. Settings → Account → Delete account.
  2. Confirm.

This permanently removes your Everlyst account, all cached listing data, all snapshots, and all settings. Your Etsy shop and listings on Etsy are untouched - Etsy is the source of truth.

Account deletion is irreversible.

Refunds

We don’t issue prorated refunds for partial months. You keep paid features through the end of your billed period, which is what you paid for. If you have a billing dispute (double-charge, accidental upgrade), email [email protected] and we’ll fix it.

Coming back

If you cancel and later want to come back:

  1. Sign in to Everlyst.
  2. Settings → Billing → Resubscribe.
  3. Pick a plan.

Your data is still there if you reactivate within 90 days of dropping to Free. After 90 days of Free-plan inactivity, cached listing data is purged and you’ll need to re-sync.
