Common errors, sync issues, and how Everlyst handles your data.
Everlyst stores a synced cache of your Etsy catalog so the app stays fast. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, never sold or shared with third parties, and deleted within 30 days of disconnecting your shop. Etsy remains the source of truth - we never modify your shop without your explicit confirmation.
A listing fails to sync for one of four reasons: Etsy API rate-limiting, an expired OAuth token, an invalid or deleted listing on Etsy, or a temporary Etsy API outage. Click "Re-sync" on the listing to retry, or "Re-sync all" from the dashboard if many listings are affected.
