Export, upload, and re-import listings via CSV - and how to fix validation errors.
Most CSV upload errors fall into 5 categories: encoding (UTF-8), required fields missing, field-length limits exceeded, invalid enum values, and reference integrity (shipping profile or section that does not exist in your shop). Each is fixable in your spreadsheet before re-uploading.
From the Listings page, click Export → CSV. Choose which fields to include (or "all fields") and which listings (filtered selection or full catalog). Everlyst generates the file and downloads it to your browser.
Download the template from the Upload page, fill in one row per listing (or one row per variation), drag the file into the upload zone, fix any validation errors in the preview, then confirm to send to Etsy.
