Bulk-create listings from a CSV

Download a template, fill in your listings, and upload. Everlyst validates every row against Etsy's rules before anything publishes, then bulk-creates the listings - or updates existing ones - with readiness handling for physical items built in.

A spreadsheet, not fifty forms

You can now create listings in bulk from a CSV. Start from a downloadable template so the columns are right, fill in your rows, and upload. A seasonal launch that used to be a week of identical forms becomes one file.

Validated before it’s live

Nothing goes to Etsy on faith. Each row is checked against Etsy’s rules - required fields, value ranges, tag formatting, sections, and shipping profiles - and errors come back tied to the exact row and column so you can fix them in your sheet. Only once it passes do the listings get created.

Create and update, the right way

The same upload can create new listings or update existing ones, and physical listings get the readiness handling they need so they don’t publish in an invalid state. It’s bulk creation that respects how Etsy actually works.
