Edit Listings - a full spreadsheet round-trip

Export your listings and variations to CSV, edit them offline in the spreadsheet you already know, then re-import. Everlyst validates the file and applies your changes through the job queue. This is editing your whole catalog in a spreadsheet, not just a one-way export.

Export, edit, bring it back

The new Edit Listings workflow closes the loop. Export your listings as a CSV - and your variations as their own CSV - edit them offline with all the speed of a spreadsheet, then re-import the file into Everlyst. It’s the round-trip sellers have been doing by hand for years, finally supported end to end.

Validated, then applied as a job

A re-import isn’t trusted blindly. Everlyst validates the file first - checking your edits against your shop and Etsy’s rules - and only then applies the changes through the same job queue that backs the rest of bulk editing. You see what’s wrong before anything publishes.

Why this is bigger than export

A one-way CSV export is a report. A round-trip is a workflow. Pairing export with a validated re-import means a spreadsheet can be the place you actually manage your catalog, with Everlyst handling the part that’s genuinely hard: getting those rows back onto Etsy without breaking anything.
