Advanced Edit - batch tools without losing the detail

A full-page workspace for editing one field across many listings at once, where every listing keeps its own value. Hand-tune each row, or reach for find-and-replace, copy-down, and percentage adjustments to move the whole set. Available on Basic and up.

When the same value won’t do

Bulk edit is built for uniform change - one value, applied to everything you selected. Advanced Edit is for the other case: the same field across many listings, but each listing keeping a value of its own. Pick a field - title, price, tags, section, and more - and every selected listing lays out in a single editable column you can work down row by row.

Batch tools, still precise

The full set of batch operations is here - find-and-replace, prepend and append, copy one listing’s value down to the rest, add or remove a tag across the group, set or adjust prices by amount or percentage. The difference from a blind bulk apply is that you can still reach in and correct any individual row before you commit. Speed and precision in the same screen.

Safe by default

Listings with variations keep their price and quantity where they belong - in the Variations tool - so Advanced Edit won’t overwrite a varied listing’s inventory. Everything else applies through the same reviewed job queue as the rest of your bulk work, with a snapshot saved automatically.
