Upload images to many listings at once with per-image alt text and placement control, and set or replace listing videos in bulk - the same staged upload runs across every selected listing.
Upload an ordered image set once
Select the listings, attach up to 20 images, and choose whether the new images go at the start or end of each listing’s current photo order. Every staged image can carry optional alt text up to Etsy’s 500-character limit, and that text follows the image everywhere it is applied. Listings already at Etsy’s 20-image cap are skipped safely instead of turning the whole job into an error.
Images on Growth, video on Pro
Bulk image management is available on Growth and Pro. Pro also adds bulk video management, so one staged video can set or replace the listing video across every selected listing in the same job.
Queued, visible, and auditable
Media changes use the same queued safety model as other Everlyst jobs. Per-listing status and progress remain visible while Etsy processes the changes, and the completed results stay available for review afterward. See the full workflow on the Images & Media feature page.
