Shop-level review signals
Review Analytics tracks average rating, review count, review rate, negative share, and photo review rate, each with a prior-period delta. A monthly rating trend marks listing edits on the timeline, making it possible to compare catalog changes with what happened to review scores afterward.
Find which listings pull the average down
The listing table can be sorted by drag score, a volume-weighted measure of each listing’s contribution to pulling the shop average down. Variation-level ratings join reviews to real transaction data so review patterns can be traced beyond the listing to the option a buyer purchased.
A feed built for triage
The review feed can be filtered and includes order context, changed-rating detection, and acknowledgement controls. Once a review has been handled, acknowledging it keeps it out of the default triage queue without removing its history.
