Correct currency on newly created listings

Listing creation now checks prices against your shop's currency, so new drafts are no longer recorded with a mismatched currency.

Update recap for 2026-09-08.

When Everlyst creates a listing, it keeps a local copy of the new draft’s prices so the rest of the app can show them without waiting for another sync. In some cases that copy could be recorded with a currency that did not match your shop, which made prices look wrong in Everlyst even though the draft itself was created.

Creation now compares the prices it writes against your shop’s currency exactly, and records the draft details and the inventory details separately. If a price cannot be confirmed in the right currency, Everlyst leaves it for the next sync instead of storing a guess.

Nothing changes in how you create listings. If a draft created before this fix shows an unexpected currency in Everlyst, refreshing that listing brings the local copy back in line with Etsy.
