Variation profiles with prices, and Replace variations

Variation profiles can now store prices. Choose whether the price is the same for every option or varies by one property, and enter a price for each option. Creating a profile from an existing listing captures its prices automatically when they can be read cleanly.

A profile with prices can drive the new Replace variations action. Instead of only adding options, Replace makes a listing’s variations match the profile exactly: it can rename the variation property, remove options the profile does not include, add the ones it does, and set every price from the profile. Options that stay keep their existing SKU, quantity, and enabled state.

Before anything is sent to Etsy, a preview lists each listing’s renamed property, removed and added options, and price changes, along with any listings that will be skipped and why. You confirm removals and renames explicitly. If a listing’s variations change on Etsy between the preview and the save, Everlyst skips it rather than overwriting the newer version.

Replace works on up to 250 listings at a time, and only on listings whose variations are custom options without a unit scale. Photos linked to removed options are removed by Etsy and are not brought back by Undo, but the variations themselves can be reverted from Backup & Restore.

Adding options from a profile is also safer. If the profile names a property differently from your listings, Everlyst now explains the mismatch and points you to Replace, instead of starting a job that cannot succeed.
