Job details are cleared 30 days after they're no longer needed
Everlyst now clears the detailed inputs of finished jobs after 30 days once they can no longer be undone, while keeping the job record and its results.
Update recap for 2026-09-29.
Every bulk job stores the details of what you asked it to change: the values you entered, the rows you sent, and the field-by-field view shown in job history. Those details matter while you might want to review or undo a job. After that, keeping them just means holding more of your shop’s data than necessary.
Everlyst now clears those detailed inputs once a job has been finished for 30 days and has nothing left that Backup & Restore can roll back. While a job can still be undone, its details are kept, so this never shortens your restore window.
The job itself stays in your history with its status, timestamps, results, and any errors. After clearing, opening an older job shows that its details are no longer available instead of the full field-by-field view. Jobs that are still running or waiting are never touched.
See the trust page for everything Everlyst stores and how long it’s kept.
