Save variation changes for up to 950 listings at once
One Save on the Variations page now covers up to 950 listings, sent to Etsy in batches of up to 250, with listings marked Saving until their jobs finish and progress you can reopen after dismissing it.

One Save, up to 950 listings. Save on the Variations page used to stop at 250 listings. It now takes pending changes for up to 950 listings and 8 MB of variation data at a time, across all three modes and every group. Everlyst prepares and checks every change first, then sends them to Etsy in batches of up to 250 listings. Each batch is its own tracked job.
Listings stay marked while they save. Listings show as Saving until their jobs finish and Everlyst has refreshed your catalog. Setting the same price, stock, or visibility again skips them, so you can’t stack changes on a listing that’s still in flight. Progress cards keep updating after you dismiss them, and you can reopen them from the session summary.
More than 950 listings to change? A fixed price, stock quantity, or visibility change stages as many eligible listings as fit, and tells you how many remain. Save, then run the same action again for the rest. Changes by an amount or percentage stage the whole matching set together, so narrow your listing filters if the set is too big. If an adjustment only partly succeeds, resume it from History rather than running it again.
Every batch is recorded in Backup & Restore like any other variation edit.
