Edit variations by option, across every listing at once
The Variations page now opens in By option mode: pick an option such as Size, check values such as Large and XL, and change price, stock, or visibility for every listing that has them, whatever other variations those listings use.

Until now, the Variations editor worked one variation group at a time. Listings with Size and Color sat in one group and listings with Size, Color, and Finish sat in another. Changing the price of every Large meant visiting each group in turn. Sellers with three-property listings told us this was the hard part, so we built a different way in.
By option is now the default view. Choose an option, such as Size, then check the values you want, such as Large and XL. Everlyst finds every listing with those values across all your variation groups. Listing filters for title, section, status, price, and Active listings only still apply. Values are matched regardless of spacing or capitals, so “Large” and “large” are treated as one value, while each listing keeps its own spelling on Etsy.
Set or adjust price and stock, or show and hide a value. Set a price or stock quantity, raise or lower prices by an amount or a percentage, or hide or show a value. Hiding works on the whole value, matching how Etsy handles visibility.
Review before anything is staged. The review shows what will change, what’s already pending, and what’s already at that value. When a listing shares one price or stock count across combinations, a change to your checked values would also change combinations you didn’t check. Everlyst lists those and asks you to opt in first. Listings that changed since you started drafting are skipped, not overwritten.
