Why it matters

Etsy doesn’t give you a real catalog export. You can pull bits and pieces, but nothing that round-trips cleanly into a spreadsheet and back.

Three sheets, three jobs

The wide sheet puts a whole listing on one row, variations included - the format for bulk creation and a complete-shape backup. The Listings sheet gives one row per listing for editing fields like title, price, tags, and section, and shows a read-only summary for anything with variations. The Variations sheet breaks out one row per option so you can edit variation price, quantity, and SKU directly. Pick the one that matches the task instead of wrestling a single mega-file into every shape.

Built to come back

An export is only half the loop. Each sheet re-imports through the same Import & Export page, where Everlyst detects the format, validates every row, and shows a diff of exactly what will change before anything reaches Etsy. Export, edit, preview, publish - the spreadsheet becomes a real place to manage your catalog, not just a report you read once.
