Etsy sales goal calculator.
Set a monthly profit goal, enter your price and costs, and see how many sales you need per month, week, and day. Profit per sale is computed through the full Etsy fee stack for your country, not a rough percentage.
- Turns a monthly profit target into monthly, weekly, and daily sales pace.
- Uses listing, transaction, payment processing, regulatory, and optional Offsite Ads fees.
- 10 seller regions with country-specific fee defaults and currency formatting.
- Includes item cost, shipping charged, and shipping label cost in profit per sale.
Read the goal honestly.
Profit per sale is the lever that moves this plan most. A small improvement in price, materials cost, or shipping economics repeats across every order, so it can remove more required sales than a minor traffic increase can add.
Raising price can outperform chasing twice the volume because many costs do not rise at the same pace as price. That does not mean every listing should cost twice as much. It means testing a stronger offer and a healthier margin can be more sustainable than assuming your shop must simply work twice as hard.
Treat the daily number as an average, not a promise. Etsy demand moves with weekdays, seasons, promotions, and search placement. Use the monthly target to plan, then judge progress over enough time for busy and quiet days to balance out.
