More ways to collect personalization details
Use multiple buyer questions, including text, dropdowns, and uploads, through the in-app personalization editor.

Personalization editing supports a complete set of buyer questions in Make Listing, Advanced Edit, and Bulk Edit. Use text for a name or date, a dropdown for a defined choice, and an upload question when the product requires the buyer’s own file.
Required and optional settings help distinguish information you need to make the product from details buyers can leave out. Keep the wording specific and use the same option labels in the questions and listing images.
Bulk editing replaces the question set on eligible selected listings; it does not append one new question while preserving every listing’s existing setup. Use individual editing where the products need different instructions.
