Getting started

Welcome to Everlyst: a 5-minute orientation

Last updated 1 min read

Quick answer

Everlyst syncs your full Etsy catalog into one workspace where you can search, filter, inline-edit, bulk-edit, export and re-import via CSV, and roll back any change with Backup & Restore. The fastest way in is: connect your shop, browse the Listings table, then try one small bulk edit.

Everlyst is a bulk listing-management workspace for Etsy sellers. Instead of editing one listing at a time inside the Etsy seller dashboard, you connect your shop once and Everlyst pulls the whole catalog into a single searchable, filterable, editable workspace.

What you can do with it

  • Sync your catalog - every active, draft, and inactive listing in one table.
  • Inline-edit any cell - title, price, tags, section, quantity. Changes go to Etsy after you confirm.
  • Bulk-edit hundreds of listings at once - pick listings, pick fields, see a diff, confirm.
  • Export to CSV / re-import from CSV - work in your own spreadsheet, then upload back with validation.
  • Roll back any change with Backup & Restore - every bulk operation is snapshotted. One click to undo.

The 3 things to try first

  1. Connect your Etsy shop - see How to connect your Etsy shop to Everlyst. The OAuth flow takes about a minute.
  2. Browse the Listings table - sort by views, filter by section, inline-edit one title to see how the review step works.
  3. Run one small bulk edit - pick 3–5 listings, change one field (a tag is a good test), confirm the diff. See How to do your first bulk edit.

What Everlyst does not do

We’re upfront about scope. As of this writing, Everlyst does not handle:

  • Order fulfillment or shipping label printing
  • Variations editing (on the roadmap)
  • Image and video editing (on the roadmap)
  • Multi-channel sync (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) - Etsy-only by design
